Sebastian and his crew really know what they are doing! About six years ago, I had him carve out my parking area and create some drainage around my new house that was a MUD PIT. He fixed our problems and all the work he did then held up so well!
When we started having driveway issues, I knew they were the only ones for the job. There are people you can find who will do the work cheaper, but they usually will just slap down some gravel in the pot holes and call it a day. This guy deals with the drainage and will build up a base to get it done right. He was also very helpful with my grouchy neighbor

Sebastian is a true pro who cares about his work. He helped me out in a situation that others likely couldn't have. And he did it with professionalism, quality, and integrity. I can be a picky customer, but his willingness to communicate honestly, and keep me focused on the end goal, were worth as much as the technical elements of the job itself.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sebastian and his work with Applegate Excavation and fence. He has a can do attitude and uses his experience to get your job done no matter what. I hired sebastian to dig a pad on a steep hillside and put a road in and out. He completed the project in a very timely manner and made sure i was up to date with any concerns he had or recommendations to better facilitate my needs. Sebastian, owner and operator of Applegate Excavation and Fence, gave me a bid and dateline for my project. He broke it down into 4 smaller projects with separate bids, so I could pick and choose which I wanted to do. The bid was very reasonable so I had him do all 4 projects. He started before the date we agreed on!! and finished on schedule. He is very easy to work with and personable. I would recommend him for any excavation projects you may have.

We like to patronize the local Applegate businesses so we hired Sebastian again. This time to improve our driveway to meet the needs of the Fire Department on our new house build. Sebastian has the experience to understand the needs of the project, to work through the challenges, to visualize the outcome, and more important to be interactive with the customer’s needs. Overall the project turned at exceptionally well and I’m pleased to be able to utilize my garage now as well as knowing I have a stable, usable driveway during the icy winter months.
