I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst Enemy their unprofessional and lazy
So I originally sent my car in for inspection they told me I couldn’t pass without changing my break pads… So they do the break pads and did not put my driver rear tire on the rite way!!! The next day my truck was making a very weird rattling noise. I took my truck to my usual mechanic as soon as we put the truck on the lift my tire was hanging off my truck!!!! I called Brody’s for answers people we’re in background saying “no I dnt want the phone give it to such n such” fast forward to 11/19/21 I went to get

The only reason they got 2 stars is because of 1 guy who really tried to help us. But I pulled in on a flat donut regular tire flat I pull up get out walk over to the office door tried opening the door locked website says closes at 5 some lady standing in office was just staring at me I gestured the door she just stared at me walked into garage talking nodding towards me time wasn't even 20 to 5 lady still talking about me the 1 guy who was working asked me what I needed I told him a tire he went in asked lady I guess about getting me a tire she looks over my way shakes her head no. These guys change their prices all the time! There's 2 separate prices, a white price and a black price. Black prices are higher! Send your white friend to get tires if you have to go here! I went in to get 2 used tires and thought something was strange because they kept looking at me and talking low. When he gave me the price I told them forget it. I sent my Caucasian friend in with the same car and the price for him was $12 cheaper! Shame on you guys! When your father was alive this company ran smooth! Now they are running it to the ground!
