Called last minute for service with our bus From phone call to paying for services the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with the issues at hand. They assured me that they could take care of it and reassured me that vehicle completely safe again on the road.

Customer service is horrible!!. I honestly cannot believe this place is in business. Don't take my word for it stop in there someday and say hi you then can make your own opinion. Please check reviews and do research before bringing your equipment to this company there is too much negative stuff to say about this place so I will leave it at that, life is good enjoy it

Extremely rude on the phone. Called in to report my problem, was speaking to a gentleman on the phone who was very nice and polite, and in the middle of me speaking, some lady interrupted me and very rudely at that, to not only provide me with attitude but repeat over and over they could not help me that evening ( which is fine, i just needed some guidance and help)...

This place has tons of potential and a great team of mechanics. Make sure you get an estimate here before work is performed and you'll find most of their prices are far better but once in a blue moon they charge too much on extra special things done to your truck as the companies in the Twin Cities sell custom made things to them at a ridiculous price in which is not their fault.
They need to send some of these guys out to update their credentials because some of the guys are there for the long run and as the nation can't keep up with today's technology in the trucking industry, I can see this
