Sherwood Assisted Living is not for the faint of heart. As any job in caregiving, it’s hard but at Sherwood the management fronts to care when you speak with them on matters that can and should be fixed immediately, but nothing ever gets done. Understandably, residents should come first, but without workers there won’t be any help there. They over work, underpay, and play mind games to keep you there. I was offered things when the schedule got mixed and needed more help, but did I get those things? Absolutely not. 2 voicemails later and no one has reached out to fix it. Work here at your own

Horrible staff. Not a trustworthy facility. My experience with them was awhile ago. Hopefully they have changed and now have a staff that understands dementia.
