The owner was professional and addressed my concerns over the phone. Gave me an estimate that was right on. The girls were on time and did a fantastic job even based on my meticulous standards. I was very pleased. Owner asked for feedback on everything and wanted me to check their work. The best price for this area where I find many services and individuals are way overinflated.

I used Lily Maids today for the first time. They arrived on time and were extremely warm and nice. They ladies did an amazing job, my house was so clean! As a mom of 3, I needed this extra help and in under 2 hours they were finished. I will definitely use this service again. $90 for 2 hours is unbeatable! Angelic was very informative through the process and very upfront which I appreciated. Can’t wait for them to come back.

I responded to a coupon I received in the Super Coupons package, said "$49.95 of 2 hours or $90.00 for 4 hours" of house cleaning. Also said "Fall Cleaning Special" on the coupon. I called to schedule my cleaning, and said I wanted to do the 4 hours special. She said this is not a special it is her price always, need to commit to either biweekly or weekly. Ok, I said. Asked me my house square footage, told her, at first she told me I was wrong, that is not what is says on internet...explained, it was what I said, as I had done renovations and addition 3 years ago...she then said it would be $180
