My family required Midway Restoration services due to substantial water damage to our home. Bob and his team were prompt in their response which was absolutely necessary given the extent of the water leak in order to alleviate the extent of the damage. The team were always responsive to our needs, excellent in their knowledge and service delivery, and readily available to address any questions that we had during a very stressful time. Overall, we were quite pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and responsiveness of the team working on our home at a very critical time.

I have had the pleasure to work with Midway Building Services for more than 8 years. Their business disciplines are cleaning, sanitizing, flooring, restoration to name some. I have worked with them endlessly when my 18 story building suffered a major water leak a few years ago. The temperatures in Chicago dropped way down and pipes froze. Midway Restoration came to my rescue and helped me put my building back together which had 8 floors of water damage. Midway Restoration is a great company to work with. Last year, they were brought in by my management company when a pipe burst in my building, causing major damage to my unit while I was out of town. I'm glad they were there when I wasn't. They worked quickly to mitigate the situation, communicate with my insurance company and set up a plan for repairs, which were extensive. While these dragged on longer than I would've liked, in the end I got a condo that was put back together EXACTLY as it was before the flood. Bob Maroney and his team did quality work and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend

We had a frozen pipe burst in our basement which was a finished basement. The Midway team quickly removed the water, ran some dehumidifiers, and then moved into getting the basement back to the way it was. They were super helpful in working with our insurance company as well.

Huge thank you to Midway Restoration. This is the 2nd time I've used them in the past 15 months. They were so amazing last summer that I called them again yesterday when my sump pump failed. Both times I have been extremely satisfied with their service. The guys were fast, professional, and caring. If you ever need help with a flooded basement, call these guys and ask for Bob Maroney.

Remediation services were ok.
Construction project was a disaster. Very unreliable and workers are not skilled enough to complete a big project. No Project Manager while they are working in your house.
They installed incorrectly kitchen cabinets, broke microwave, didn't re-install properly the stove.
It's being a catastrophe!
