These guy did an awesome job. I called 2 other companies and they were nearly double the cost. The office staff was really nice and courteous, they scheduled someone within a few days to do measurements, they called a week later to schedule an installation, 2 days later the window was in. Great service and value!

I had a very large 4 pane sliding vinyl door with a broken lock - it died in locked position. It is almost 20 years old but in excellent condition; and was made by a company that no longer exists: WindowMaster. I called a number of window/door companies and the only one who was interested in helping me was Best Value Glass. They cautioned me that door companies use different locks and it was very possible that they would not be able to replace the broken one. Scott showed up exactly on time, was able to force the door to unlock without causing any damage and installed a new lock that he had

Our window balancer broke. We contacted them and they asked us to send a picture. They confirmed they could get the part and install. It came in and was replaced about the promised time. The window works great and I am even thinking about having the rest replaced just because the new one moves so easily and great.

Great job on the shower glass door. We had our contractor get a quote from "his guy" and guaranteed it would be the best deal. So I checked around and spoke to Best Value Glass. Not only were the reviews good but the price was fair (this size door/hardware is not cheap). There were some delays from the manufacturer but I was happy that that BV glass didn't initially accept the order because they inspected it and, guess what, there were chips in the glass. Having that said, the installers were professional, communication was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the end

Friendly and helpful. I needed to replace one glass fireplace door that broke one night while I had a fire going.
I called them up, gave them the dimensions, they ordered the tempered glass and called a few days later when it arrived.
I have used them in the past and will again in the future for my glass needs.

I needed 2 windows replaced. One was a single pane in the house, the second was a dual pane in our garage. I reached out to 6 different glass companies to replace our windows glass, just the glass! The frames were in good condition and I wanted to keep them. Only 3 places called me back, but only 1 was able to replace just the glass and that was Best Value. I filled out a quote request on their website, and Best Value Glass called me back with in a day, and got a guy out the next day. Mike, the service guy, was great! Spoke on the phone with Blanca and Brenda and they were extremely nice to talk to on the phone (compared to some other companies we contacted) and were able to get us scheduled very quickly to have someone come out.
We have older wooden single pane frames and one got cracked, they were able to come out within a week and get everything fixed. And I was most impressed that the quote they gave us on the phone (unseen) was within $20 of what it ended up costing. Would definitely recommend & would use them again.

Our experience with this company was amazing. This was a big purchase for us and the people at Best Value Glass were incredibly informing and assuring. They were very patient with us. We were going to pick up the sliding door that we purchased but it didn't fit in our truck and they offered to deliver it to my house for free. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I contacted BV glass to get a quote for a custom shelf I wanted in out kitchen. We looked around at Home Depot and found a piece of glass just a few inches short, so we took those glass details to BV and added in a few inches to accommodate our window opening, and in just days they had cut the perfect piece of glass for our shelf.
We have a huge project coming up that includes putting vaulted glass panels up in our living room, and we will definitely be contacting Best Value Glass.

1) they arrived later then expected got a call just before the end of our meet time and was told they would be late.
2) The estimate over the phone was 50$ less then the actual estimate.
3) The lead estimator was Pablo V. he seems to enjoy what he does and he has a contractor license that's a huge plus. He also measures with lasers so we know that we know it's the right size.
4) I put 1/2 down I'm not a fan of that but I am buying a product plus install so I understand.
5) they said they will have it in before the 24th ill keep you posted.
