Jeff and his staff are the best. They go the extra mile to make my life very easy. We have 7 businesses and Fair tax does all of my payroll and federal taxes. If I could give Fair Tax less than 1 star I would! I was very disappointed in their fees, besides their per form fee, with prices ranging from the low of $25 to the highest at $80. Then dispite the $0 to file ad on their website, they charge $125 to open an account to deposit your return in to collect their fee. When I asked for a copy of my paperwork at the end of the appointment, I was told that they would give me a call. As my appointment was late on Saturday, I incorrectly assumed it would be ready on Monday. But when I asked about it on Monday I was told I would have to wait until my return

Jeff and his crew are excellent. We are 4 year patrons and going strong! Questions are answered pertaining to the preparation and filing - without "extra" charges if their office has actually processed and filed your tax. We have been to "national chains" and private preparers - none come close to Fair Tax's service.

Only use this business if you want to have to pay extra for everything. Need to know last year's AGI? It will cost you. Sick the day of your appointment and need to reschedule? It will cost you. Need any type of information for your taxes? It will cost you--because "if we give that information to you, we will be helping someone else do your taxes for you."
