MidCoast Catering

We have used MidCoast several times and love then! We did Thanksgiving twice and many occasions for my wife's salon (Hustle+Heart). We've never been disappointed with the food/price or the service!

Kelsey and the Midcoast team are SO great! We had the Rambler food truck at our grooms dinner and then had them cater the wedding the next day. The Rambler was an absolute HIT - couldn't recommend more highly. The dinner at our wedding the next was even more of an unforgettable experience. The servers fought through rain to host our dinner outside and we couldn't be more grateful. It made our night that they were willing to do so much extra to realize our vision and have the best night of our lives!

We hired MidCoast Catering Co. for our wedding in August 2021. Communication leading up to the event went well. They were even able to accommodate a request for vegan options. On the day of the wedding, the caterers were professional and very friendly. We received many comments about how good the food was (especially the garlic mashed potatoes). I highly recommend MidCoast Catering Co.

We hired MidCoast Catering for our wedding this summer and we used the Rambler food truck and two bartenders from them. The food truck was a HUGE hit and we received so many compliments on how good the food was! The food was so delicious! That being said, I am giving them four stars because we had two communication issues. First, we were told all our guests could have all three sides at the food truck and the day of were told they could only have two. The biggest issue though was the food truck needed someone to serve sides and they did not bring the necessary staff to do so. One of the bartenders

This is my go-to caterer in Duluth!! Big or small -- they take care of you like family. The food is TO-DIE-FOR! Love that they get creative with their menu options for special events and give the best customer service. If you want to die from a sugar-high....get one of their specialty cheesecakes. Highly reco'd.

Thank you to MidCoast Catering for providing us with delicious food at our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception. Our guests were very pleased with the food and impressed with the staff.

We needed a caterer in Duluth for a wedding in December and decided to go with Midcoast Catering. With the governor's new mandates, we lost our venues, and we contacted COVID. The wedding date was changed 3 times. Through it all, Midcoast calmly changed dates, times and locations! In a VERY stressful and emotional time they came through for us! Kelsey was a dream to work with through it all. We had them cater apps for a groom's dinner and the wedding dinner. The food was delicious, the service wonderful and the price affordable. We can't thank them enough!

Midcoast saved us after having to switch catering for our wedding reception last minute. They set up a taste testing for us and it was like we were at a restaurant. They have excellent communication, and their menu is AMAZING. We had the butternut squash ravioli and herbed chicken - all our guests were raving about the food. Highly recommend Midcoast no matter what you are catering for!
