The staff was very rude upon first impression.
When I entered the lady rudely stated that the lobby was closed and insisted that the lady on the phone told me so earlier when I called, when in fact I was never informed of the lobby closure. I told the lady that and she then snapped back at me “well actually she did, I heard her on the phone”. I told the lady I didn’t hear her and she rolled her eyes at me, that’s when I said I will take my business elsewhere and left.

The staff has performed remarkably well during the lobby closure. I simply call in advance and let them know when I am coming. Provide information as what I need for this visit. Never have I mistakenly thought the lobby was open as each and every time I call they say they will be ready and to call when I arrive.
Really, we chat longer than the services take. Very nice folks!

I had a veey positive visit. The ladies were very caring and understanding. I was really depressed about my weight when i went in. I left that day feeling positive and determined to lose weight in such a way better mood. Thanks weightloss success for helping my confidence!!! Cant wait to go back for a refill

Great place! The staff is amazing. I’ve been going here regularly for the past year and I have never had a bad experience. The beautiful women working there have always been nothing but sweet, understanding, and so helpful. This location is the only one I’ve ever been to for diet and weight loss. I lose this place and I will continue to come here for as long as they will take me 😂. I 100% recommended this place for all your diet/weight loss needs.
