Had the pleasure of working with Matthew Harriman and his team on 4 separate properties. Can't say enough about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction! They are the only team I have worked with who has consistently hit their schedule. In fact, we are going to have them design a project on a property in another state! Very happy with the team and their approach!

The overview. . . they do excellent work. They are a bit pricier than i had originally planned, but my pricing ideas about remods was off, and based on how things came out, i am glad i went with them. If you are looking to cut corners or low ball, they are the wrong choice. If you just want the basics at a low price, that is not them. They can do high end (Saratoga), but they are flexible, so if you want to do mid-range (me on Milpitas), that is okay too.

I highly recommend Timeline.
We used them to design our kitchen cabinets for a remodel over 10 years ago and the cabinets are in great shape. Plus, you can't beat their customer service. We've had a couple of hinges wear out and they simply replaced them...without a charge.
Recently, one of the drawers would not close completely and I sent an email with pictures to them to see if they had any suggestions. That same day I received a email back saying they would look into it. A couple of days later, Chris came out to our house and adjusted the drawer. While he was here he also

We hired Timeline Designs to do a significant remodel of our home that included the kitchen, family room, 2.5 baths, and master B/R. Matthew and the team at Timeline do a great job from start to finish. They held our hands (our first remodel) through the whole process from the design to picking out cabinets/tile/windows/paints to building around us and our busy lives. They made the process as great as the results.
Matthew has built a business where they really do care about the customer first. He still calls us - a year after we finished - to makes sure everything is okay. Jumping into a remodel comes down to trust. It's a big decision. I feel great about deciding on Timeline. They will be the ones I call if I do another
