This company is extremely unprofessional. They had an old credit card number and called me constantly after driving me to the airport demanding payment; harassing me as soon as I landed. Deserves "0" stars.

Used them many times. They are totally reliable, fair pricing, the drivers are courteous. Osman just picked us up at Newark Airport. Got to us in 1 minute. Amazing. Highly recommend. Ben and Gail .

Paid for a later model towncar and arrived was a beat up taxi. This was not what was advertised and on top of that they were late. It was like they outsourced the job to a local service in New Brunswick since the driver asked what they quoted me. I would not recommend this service for anyone.

Good on time service, but be sure to notice the mandatory 20% tip and other fees listed on line. also, I did not like that the drivers don't have credit card readers and instead write out the charges. if anyone else had issues with tis latter matter after using Adams, I'd be interested to know.

Good service when things go smoothly, we have used Adams limo many times in the past however, today we returned to JFK from a 2 week vacation. We prearranged pickup before we left including an infant car seat which they charge extra for. The driver was 30 minutes late and showed up with a car seat that A) could not be setup rear facing so not legal for a 1 year old despite specifically requesting it (and receiving it on the initial departure leg) B) Car seat did not actually work at all. Latches would not close.
We watched in agony as the driver attempted to latch our baby into the seat unsuccessfully

Terrible. Left us stranded at the airport, then hung up on us when I asked what we should do. Stay far away from these guys. Tried calling back twice with no luck. Oh and the 20% tip (on the way out) is mandatory!! Tough way to end a family vacation. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.
