It took about 5 years of working off and on with each other to realize that they should do business together.

Colin and Mark did the residential drawings for my husband and my new home. This was a total gut job with a full 3 floor, 12 foot addition that required measurements, architectural drawings, construction documents and some 3D modeling. They were patient with our many questions and really helped us understand the whole home renovation process, including parts they were not directly involved with. Colin & Mark were meticulous about all measurements and the logistics involved. We even threw in an extra challenge, trying to place a stairwell to the finished attic that required some very creative design

Colin came out and did a residential drawing for my wife and I on a house we were selling. Our plan is to rebuild it in a few years and we wanted to have the architectural drawings on hand to fall back on when the time was right. He was very responsive and ended up completing the project well ahead of schedule. He gave us a digital copy of everything we needed and it came out great. I actually printed it out and had it framed, it looks like artwork on the wall of our new place and we have a cool story to tell people when they ask about it.
