Was supposed to move in and date got changed while me and roommate where supposed to move in. Now I rented a 26' uhaul truck, came to the apartment and it wasn't even close to finished. Now we had to get food, gas for truck, extra money for the extention, and lodging. Jenny was supposed to talk to someone on what they could do to make it right. My thoughts was October free, Im still find issues, there's a leaky fitting to washer and it's soaked behind washer and dryer. Also had no working p- tac until a couple days ago. It was supposed to be a movin remodeled unit, but we found stuff in cabinets

Terrible customer service. Never call back, I've had bad pipes in my unit since I moved in 3 years ago. The ceiling and wall in my bedroom have water damage from last winter, still hasn't been fixed. Management knowingly allowed my pet with no charge and didnt even bother to write it in the lease, now all of a sudden it's an issue. But I pay my rent on time and never have complaints from anyone been here for 10years the last 3 have been a struggle.

If I could give them no stars I would! Never live at any peak management complex! The main office is full of unreliable people. People who say they will call back but never do! People who lie and don’t understand customers services! I don’t understand how this is still I business honestly! It explains why there apartment complex is full of disorganized, rude and unprofessional workers! The complex’s don’t communicate well with the main peak management at all! I have attempted to call peak for multiple days in a row! It took me almost a week to finally get a hold of someone to complain about

I have lived here for a little over a year and the place is solid. The location is great and the staff is very helpful. I had an issue with my in unit dryer. I was brought a new dryer that day. Maintenance comes out usually within 24 hours. People have lived here for many years. Resigned my lease for another 15 months.

I have lived in apartments before, but never any so deplorable and dilapidated as these. 1st the roof leeks, 2nd the pipes feeze, I had to have my my hot water tank replaced because of this. 3rd the stove burned out and had to be replaced then the furnace. and that was all in the same month. I have not had A/C since. Despite my complaint to Lindsay in the office. But the idiots want their money on time. despite ants crawling all over, neighbors puting garbage out in the hall (a fact they know but choose to ignore) neighbors freely bbq'ing on their balcony despite the fact it is against fire

In 2011, my cousin and I moved into Ridgewood Apartments. During the two years we lived in our first apartment we a handful of maintenance requests. One of which being our apartment door was not secure and was loose even with the dead bolt locked. The maintenance said they would replace it but never came back. The work order reads that the tenant feels unsafe yet nothing was done.

Do not live here!
I have had a horrible experience living here. The management staff is rude and unhelpful. They make you feel bad when you have a problem with your apartment instead of doing anything to fix it. They will also blame you when the staff loses paperwork and they are in general incompetent.
There are tons of hidden and extra fees so dont believe the rent will really be the low price they tell you. The maintenance staff is nice but not very helpful. We have had our air conditioning break multiple times and have a large leak in our ceiling that drips when it rains.

The apartments are fairly nice themselves, but they don't tell you that all the staff (except the apartment manager, Jay) is terribly incompetent. I don't recall how many little hiccups I had with billing, including how they lost our "we're moving out in 30 days" notice and ended up charging us over $1000 in fees because of it. We got it straightened out, but it was just... a headache.
Not to mention, this is pretty much a slum. I've called the police
