Dr. Cara was born in the beautiful country of South Africa and later moved to Atlanta with his family in the early 1990's. His passion for helping people achieve their health goals came early on while watching his grandfather manage his health issues and wondered if there could be better way. Dr. Cara explains, "watching my grandfather struggle in his late life with health problems lead me to believe that once you get old you get sick."
It took the unfortunate loss of his grandfather for him to realize that preventing illness rather than reacting to it is the better option. He later attended Life University in Marietta Georgia where he obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He is a Board Certified Chiropractor in Georgia and is excited to have the opportunity to serve his community.

Love Dr. Cara and Dr. Branch both are very knowledgeable and passionate about their chiropractic work. They made my treatment process easy and even after my accident treatment helped me to improve my overall general health. Very friendly and passionate team! Even when I was experiencing my most pain and discomfort adjustments were comfortable and help to alleviate pain.

Listen up, people. I'm not one to leave reviews for anything, but this place, in Madison Yards, has changed my life. I have been to many a chiropractor, between here and DC, for over 20 years. None of the previous Drs were ever able to truly get me to a good place. I live near Easewell, but never did I expect much out of them, like all the others. These guys have the latest equipment, some stuff I've never seen or knew existed. It's not just a room with adjustment chairs. I have approx 30 years of pent up tension, and this place is the first one to ever make a difference. I have more to work on

Seriously can’t say enough good things about this place! For all the preggo ladies out there, Dr. Grace is Webster certified and uses techniques to make your body feel super relaxed and has these wonderful pregnancy pillows that make the adjustments really comfortable. She is so personable and makes getting an adjustment a truly relaxing experience! :)

Best adjustment ever! Had the worst back pain in my upper shoulders. Decided on a well known Marietta practice.... did not get full relief.. tried a different place same issue. After some research seeking a real adjustment... I found Dr. Branch! This is the real deal! The pressure between my shoulders was gone and I can now breathe. Dr. Branch gave me a real adjustment that included the head strap. I feel amazing and will be back! Staff is great!

I strained my neck by sleeping wrong and was in pain for weeks. I e-mailed Dr. Cara's office and the office got back to me almost immediately. Dr. Cara and the staff there are very helpful. I was able to set up an appointment within the next week. He is very thorough. It was almost like he could tap me and my joints would just pop back into alignment. HAHA! He's got the MAGIC TOUCH! lol

5 STARS!! I am typically not the one to spend time and leave reviews but this one is a must! My experience at Ease Wellness - Reynoldstown was nothing short of amazing. For 2.5 weeks I was experiencing excruciating lower back pain. I could barely walk, let alone stand, without immediately having to lay back down. Pure misery. Due to a recent job transition, I did not have health insurance. It was difficult finding a chiropractor with reasonable pricing and that could see me immediately. Then came Ease Wellness!! I called at 12PM and was told I could come in at 12:30PM that same day - it also helped

The new facility on Bill Kennedy is so beautiful and convenient to get to which makes my trips to their office that much better! If you live in Atlanta or Decatur, I highly recommend this team!

This office is absolutely amazing on every level! I have seen every Doctor that works there and they are all top notch. Dr. Cara goes over and beyond to make sure you receive the best treatment and care. I always walk out feeling like I'm walking on clouds. Laura at the front desk is so friendly and inviting. These people are different than your average and you will not be disappointed!

I went to the office at 210 Bill Kennedy with Dr Cara and staff. They were extremely accommodating, extremely professional, it was comfortable peaceful environment and they did amazing work on me. I've had a spinal injury since 1991 with a bullet lodged in my spine. I've had tremendous difficulty with mobility and alignment but during my 3 week vacation in Atlanta I was able to walk out of his office in a brand-new place physically. He was extremely open to sharing information, he answered my every question and did everything he could to educate me on my own health and body. He also set me up with

This place is the real deal! I've been seeing chiropractors for years and very few have been able to realign my neck and low back successfully. I found a doctor up in Greenville who would do Y strap adjustments which was a miracle...but soooo far! When this place was recently recommended by the Greenville doc, I had to give it a try. Dr. Branch far surpassed my expectations. I'll be back for sure and recommending to all my subfluxed friends.

It's difficult to rate a chiropractor because the results are individually rated. What I will say is that I received more than I expected here. The doc gave me wellness tips that will take me way beyond our time together. He is equipped and knowledgeable with what it takes to heal the body. Take a chance.

I was in the market for a chiropractor and discovered Ease Wellness and Dr. Cara. My issues were: an aching back, difficulty sleeping because my hands would fall asleep at night, and tingling in my feet. After only three visits; no back pain, I'm getting a great night's sleep, and the tingling has stopped. As an added bonus, I breathe better and feel refreshed.
