I recently ordered and purchased a printer from this place - and the man, I think it was the owner - named Tom - delivered it to my home, connected it to my computer - he did some adjusting - and then spent quite a lot of time to teach me all that it can do. Now I am in my 80's so this does not come easy for me - but he was sooooo very patient and went over and over - until I could do it all myself. I would recomment this guy to everyone and if I ever need any other computer stuff - of course that is where I could go. The service is everything.
