I was referred to Colonial from a home sale on the sellers end. I’ve done two transactions with them so far in the past 2 months, in which Mary Anne has coordinated both, and it has been nothing but a smooth process to get things done. I will be continuing to do all my title work with Colonial with this level of service.

Colonial Title is principally owned and backed by Real Estate / Title Attorney Stephen Debates of Debates Law, which is found in the same office. Very few title companies actually has a title attorney around to ask questions to and handle bumps in the road. Stephen has around a dozen employees at his title company. They all are very hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. There may be cheaper title companies out there, but this one does not make mistakes.
