Alpine Septic Pumping Inc. is the premier septic tank pumping service in the Mat-Su Valley. We have been pumping and servicing septic tanks and systems since 1985. We provide a variety of other services to the Wasilla, Palmer, and greater Mat-Su Valley area. Alpine Septic Pumping has a dedicated team of professionals who can come onsite and unplug a mainline blockage or drain that is causing slowdowns or even back flooding from your septic system. After hours charges will be assessed. Main line cleaning is accomplished from the septic cleanout port located near the house foundation or in the crawl space/basement of the house or even through a toilet.
We can deliver it to our customers when we come out to the home or business to pump the septic tank or you can come to our office. BIO-CLEAN contains microbes specially selected to biodegrade all types of organic waste found in today's septic systems. BIO-CLEAN will not digest or have any effect on inorganic material such as plastic pipes.

Let me start by saying we used this company for years and they have recently changed ownership and service is GONE
Called them out yesterday because line was backed up from house to tank. Told the lady on phone we needed the 100' snake and was told ok so I went to work. Guy shows up and my mom is there to greet him. She tells me she specifically asked him like 15 times why he would not use a snake to be told that he would use the Jetter instead as he was the "plumber" not her.(we had already ran a Jetter down that's why we asked for the snake) he ran it down and then proceeded to tell her it was

I appreciate that they called me the day before to confirm the time of day; and their driver called when he was on the way. Larry, the septic technician, was polite and friendly and cracked several jokes. When he got to the house he confirmed the location of the tank and told me he would come to the front door when he was done. He finished and put everything back as it was. He then came to the front door explained what he had done and how my septic system looked. He gave me some literature on septic system maintenance as well as a sheet explaining what he had done and the condition of my system

Had a frozen septic line at our cabin I discovered on a weekend visit. Called Alpine who does my periodic pumping and they rushed to my place to thaw the line and get me back in service. The crew was competent, witty and quick. They made a few suggestions to help prevent this from happening again. Very much appreciated the honest and funny communication. The guys were great. Hope to see them again......just not working on my septic system!

This review is from December 2017! I was having problems with my septic, and was very very leary about having a company I didn't know much about, except that they had pumped the septic, but nothing else, come over to fix the problem. You never know if your getting an honest company, and not being knowledgeable in the septic department myself, I was very nervous about all of it! But Shaun and Steve were the best! Very friendly, thorough and they felt trustworthy! The problem was fixed after a couple visits, I couldn't of been happier! The office staff is wonderful to talk to as well, everyone is

I was a customer of Alpine's, not a disgruntled employee, and I too was charged more than what I was originally told. I had backwash charges applied to my invoice and charged to my credit card before they ever discussed the situation with me. In fact, I had to call them myself to inquire upon noticing the overcharge. I was very adamant in telling them a few times to please call me if there are ANY issues. Yet, nobody called. I had an appointment scheduled for three weeks and they couldn't even give me an actual appointment time so that I could make sure I was there. Instead they called

Alpine has been our septic service provider for many years. They are always prompt and professional. They were especially helpful this past winter when water was backing up into our laundry room. The tech Larry did a great job .

I highly recommend Alpine septic and refuse to use anyone else. I called after I had our septic tank was pumped and was informed that I may have to replace our leech field within a year. This is not the cheapest repair that you can do on your home. I called and Arlene was very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction. She schedule for someone to come out and pump our leech tank before the snow fell and was very comforting. Thanks Alpine Septic!
