Totally unpleasant experience resulting in damage to my baseboards and walls. You can see all of the seems in the carpet where it was cut. When I vacuumed for the first time, the carpet unraveled in spots. I cancelled a second job that I had scheduled for tile work for fear of additional damage to the house and they were completely unwilling to let me return the tile for the job. They ordered the tile over 60 days before the install date, knowing the warehouse has a 30 day return policy. The tiles arrived damaged and I simply wanted to cancel the job. Broken tile.
