Over the past thirty-five years Mike has handled complex claims involving labor law violations, motor vehicle accidents and products liability as well as handling simple motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall cases. He has been actively involved in claims which have resulted in settlements and trial verdicts.
Our matrimonial department seeks to help clients through these difficult times by being there as an advocate for their client's position and caring for the client and their family's needs. We strive to represent the client's interest in a manner that resolves the case and leaves the client feeling that their interests were protected.
Jeff has successfully prosecuted claims against security broker/dealers and individual brokers who have mismanaged their client's security accounts, retirement accounts and the like. Jeff also brings his years of experience as an arbitrator in the NASD and New York Stock Exchange arbitration forums.
