My wife and I have been here for mani-pedis twice now and the staff have been nothing but kind, patient, and accommodating! My nails have always come out looking beautiful, and my skin feels so soft from that paraffin they’re using! Initially I was unsure what I even wanted as I hadn’t gotten my nails done in such a long time, but I was given a lot of time to think and choose while getting a pedicure, never once being treated as though it was an inconvenience! The staff here really are lovely and really take their time. I know we’ll keep coming back here time and time again!

Not one to leave reviews after just one experience. Have lived in the area for years & frequented the salon at least 8 times & each time, sadly, there’s something. Paint jobs are not the problem—I’ve had gel & traditional paint jobs. They’re fast, but that’s it. I guess this could be the theme for the shop: fast, but not relaxing. The up-sell is strong here. To the point of being uncomfortable & offensive. Most recently, I made a selection and was asked 3 times if I wanted to the $10 more package. No, I said 3 times. Then was informed that gel is separate & $15 more. Had to decline a

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
That place is so dirty, no order. A manicurist does his job quickly and poorly. She reacted to my comments, but no effort was seen. At the same time, the prices there are quite high when compared with other salons. I do not recommend this place and will never go there.

This place was dirty, under construction with sheetrock dust all over the place. There was nail clippings and skin particles from other people all over the place, the pedicure chair was torn and ragged. They had three different people doing work on my nails. It was rushed and not good quality. At the end they charged me $25 extra just for gel polish and 10% extra for using a credit card instead of cash and then added their own gratuity in. I will never go back. They are a rip off and unhygienic.

It’s always something when I come in here.
They don’t fully clean nail polish off when putting a set on nor do they have you wash your hands after filing away, which can cause bacteria under the nails.
I came to get the last set of acrylics because my natural nails were finally long enough, I asked for thin nails and they grinded off my natural nail so the nails are now destroyed and I am going to have to get more sets.
I ask for thin nails and it’s always sloppy, misshapen and thick.
They hurrily paint nails and there’s always something in the nail polish on my nails.

We had 7 people come in as a large group for a wedding getting various manis & pedis including the bride. They did all of us in only one and a half hours!! They were super efficient and did all of us simultaneously. The massages were also awesome. And they were very professional. We were very impressed! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!

My boyfriend and I moved up from Portland and started going here. We love the deluxe spa pedicures, we get gel polish and our pedis last around 3-4 weeks before they even chip. We bring his mom who has “horn nails” (overgrowth of the underside of the nail) & they made her feet feel amazing. I finally just got a manicure here and it came out great as well, though I wish they had more opaque color options. I can’t wait to see the updated salon. Leo is also the best manager, clearly.

Andy is so funny, and is amazing at what he does! I came in with a very vague description of what I wanted, no photo references, wanting something completely different. He took a pure black base from my previous appointment and reworked it into the best set I've ever gotten! The 3D flower was a last second decision to try, and they made sure the colors complimented the rest and was finished perfectly. I love them, almost too much to redo!
