This group continues to make me smile! I purchased my Chaparral boat from them a couple of years ago. We had a seamless sale and transition of the boat from them to our family. Since this time maintenance of the boat has been their responsibility. They communicate clean and clear and the work is beautiful. Throughout the years I have learned that winterizing a boat requires some skill and attention. It's nice knowing things are going to be done right. Purchasing a boat from Jim's Marine is a no brainer. Due to the high demand, my process was a 6 month one. From the day I walked into the shop "just looking", through all the emails and calls, to the day I took delivery, the process was smooth and painless. Jimmy was awesome! No high pressure sales, very responsive, and went above and beyond with my questions, requests, changes, etc. during the wait. Tami was very thorough with the paper work and explained everything. When it is time to upgrade, I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Our entire experience with Jim's Marine has been outstanding, starting with our initial request for info on Tidewater boats which was responded to in < 12 hrs, to the purchase of our boat at the Baltimore Boat Show (after many many questions), to the pickup of our boat this week. I ended up buying a personal motorcycle from Jimmy (owners son). He was very professional and upfront about every detail on the bike. I drove two hours one way to come see the bike and Jimmy answered every question for me to ease my mind or concerns about the bike before I made the drive!

Working with Jim’s marine to purchase our boat has been a great experience. From our initial visit to the sea trial and signing the papers, Jimmy and Tami were awesome to work with. Jimmy was able to give us a realistic expectation of cost and what to expect and was super helpful along the way with all the questions I was throwing at him. At signing, Tami had everything filled out which made everything easier and put us in a great position to get on the water sooner. Even though we had to patiently wait due to the high demand of boats in peak season, we wouldn’t have gone with another dealer

Buying a boat from Jim’s marine was a pleasure ! They’re Knowledgeable , courteous staff made every step from sea trial to paperwork and the negotiation easy . They returned every phone call and email promptly and answered all our questions professionally. The tech went over all of the engine and boat and thoroughly explained its features.
