Our level 1-4 Instructional Gymnastics classes are taught through skill progressions from beginner all the way up to an advanced level. A great class for students interested in developing power, agility, flexibility, and spatial awareness for other sports such as dance, diving, and cheerleading. Open Gym gives students extra practice on skills they've learned in class or up to one level above their current level.

We have a 40,000 Square Foot Facility that you are able to see with our large, full viewing lobby!

Traveling from the South: Take I-675 North to Exit 7, Wilmington Pike. From the exit ramp, turn left (north) onto Wilmington Pike and travel about 4 miles. You will pass Dorothy Lane and Beavertown Elementary School on your right. Just past the Jiffy Lube, turn right onto Farrington Road and then immediately left into the rear of our parking lot.
Our Rollie Pollies class allows toddlers the chance to explore the gym, foam pit, trampoline, and fun circuits with parent participation. Grasshoppers learn the most advanced gymnastics skills in our preschool program to prepare them for our instructional program. The fun themes introduce creative ways to teach fundamental skills.
No experience required! We teach the fundamentals: forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs and beginning back handsprings. Students will develop the strength and flexibility to become successful tumblers. To join an Intermediate class, required skills include a standing back handspring or a round off back handspring on the floor or into a resi pit.
We have gymnasts competing in Level 2-10. These girls train anywhere from 3 hours per week for 25 hours per week. In 2021, our PGA girls were State Team Champions at Level 3, Level 4, and Level 7. We had two first year Level 9s who qualified to Eastern Nationals. It was a great year for PGA, and we are excited to add more successes to the coming year!
