To establish a real, Practical & powerful karate school in Billerica based not only on the best traditions of the Martial arts and true spirit of karate, but also on its genuine understanding and practical, ultra efficient, self defense application for the modern world. Zanshin Kenjutsu Kenpo Karate is a Koryu (traditional) martial art system.
The dojo in Billerica, MA is conveniently located on Route 3A, awe offer a flexible training schedule to children as well as adults. Once enrolled in the program, students may attend unlimited classes each week, enabling each to train at his/her own pace. Belt tests are performed periodically, and are offered to students who have successfully achieved the requirements of their current ranks.
A pre-karate program for children ages 4-6 years of age. This program is designed to be an age appropriate introduction to a classroom situation. The curriculum repeats and rotates. The familiarity which comes from repetition helps build self-confidence in an environment where they can enjoy their introduction to Martial Arts.
Grand master Paul Parent takes on bullying Bullying continues to be a major issue despite the fact that awareness of the problem is at an all-time high. Grand master Paul Parent offers on demand bullying seminars because no other industry is in a better position to do something about bullying than the Karate industry.
Our classes and lessons are year-round and with your membership you can participate as many times as you can 6 days a week. We keep it simple, just pick any or all classes that fit your schedule. Classes for all levels are offered Monday through Friday evenings as well as Saturday & Sunday. You can choose to pay monthly with no contracts or you can choose to pay annually and save a few dollars.

This is the best dojo in Billerica. They teach the kids practical self defense while keeping them active with challenging, but rewarding and result producing, work outs. Grandmaster Paul, the owner, is good with kids and knows how to help them achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves. My son and I both train at this dojo and I recommend it to anyone of any age that wants to better themselves.

Great school for both kids and adults. Excellent instructors focusing on a self defense style of martial arts. Shihan Bill is amazing with the kids. He’s patient and is willing to go over the same thing 1000 times if that’s what the student needs. Would recommend this place for anyone willing to work hard.

I took interest in Karate lesson because of the convenience of Zanshin, which is located near where I alive. This is a great lifetime opportunity that I have never come across. I find that learning proper Karate requires consistence. That is why I would check in this school even out schedule. I am glad that tutors are ready for extra time their students have without having to charge extra money. I so liked the children program even though I have no child that I can bring here. Those already here are lucky. This is a great Karate school were you learn a lot and get in shape for life.

This is a great school and an amazing place to be. Great atmosphere, team attitude, well informed and experienced instructors. The instructors are knowledgeable, and there is a very favourable student to teacher ratio if you want to learn to defend yourself and get in shape this is the place. It is a great place to learn self-defence and the various disciplines of Karate, Kenjutsu, Kenpo and the teachings of Professor Nick Cerio.
