We at Chad Jackson Painting Inc. are extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling. This is a must when it comes to commercial work. In most situations, a business can't shut down for the work to be done. We can work after hours and weekends and in some cases over night if necessary. Proper guidelines and procedures will always be followed as per the job superintendant or General Contractor of the job.
Chad Jackson Painting has subcontracted in new construction for over 15 years in Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Our Major focus in relation to New Construction painting is keeping on schedule and providing quality workmanship. Jobsite functions included production painting, punch-outs, warranties and closings.

The surface of any exterior must be sealed or primed for the factor warranty to be upheld. This is an important step and mandatory for all our exterior projects.

I have used Chad Jackson Painting for 8 years starting with painting the entire interior of my home, several years later he painted the exterior of my home. I have also used the company for repainting to change colors or touch up when needed. I had a new kitchen and baths put in and Chad did the finish painting as I knew it would be done right. Does an excellent and professional work every time his crew shows up. A great experienced crew of workers, all polite, and cleans up good after the job. Just finished painting our house for the second time. Also painted son's house several years ago. All 3 jobs were 5 star quality. Power wash, patch, window glaze, seal, paint all done very well. Masking/color boundaries perfect. Looks great! Can't think of anything that could be done better. Would use and recommend again.
