PC Express Pro is a new service from PC Express that aims to meet all business IT needs. We respond to Clients' IT needs promptly and effectively and make sure your business doesn't skip a beat. In addition to expedited service when your computers are brought into our location, PC Express Pro customers are also given the option for on-site service as well as pick-up and delivery.
I've tried other repair places, and have found them to be time-consuming, expensive, and really frustrating. PC Express took care of my computer quickly and for much less than I anticipated. They've been great and I highly recommend them! I had several laptops that I was told were all 'dead' and needed to be replaced with new machines.

I called about a potential hard drive upgrade install. Didn't end up needing that, but was given a cleaning out of my fans, as well as a consult for how to upgrade my computer in the future. Would 1000% recommend this services to anyone in the Ohio Valley who has any PC repair needs.

My computer stopped turning on without any apparent cause and I needed a professional opinion on whether it was fixable. Took it to PC Express Computer Repair Centers and received fast and friendly service for a very manageable price. The problem ended up not being fixable, but they were able to take my hard drive out and put it in an external case so that I can still use it, all for only ~$25. Would recommend to anyone needing some PC help.

Customer service is A-1 at PC Express CRC, and highly recommend them as the first line of defense in resolving the myriad of "e-glitches" and PC problems that plague today's user. While every possible computer failure might not be immediately repairable - it won't be for a lack of skilled effort on the part of technicians. Moreover, unlike many businesses, if they can't make the repair they won't leave you "high and dry" or charge for services they didn't deliver. But they will make referral to those that specialize on the unique nature of the problem for the best possible result.

I called these people....asked about the "zeus virus alert" on windows 10 a pop up.....the guy who answered sounded like he did not know a dam thing about computers......................also he said they charge 1500 bucks to remove a virus.....bahhhhaa!!!!!! lol!!!...i use norton thru xfinity and I dont have a virus....its malware and adware.....he suggested nothing...My 5 year old niece sounded smarter than this idiot. Lol!!!!!

I went in just to get my keyboard replaced and the only expense they charged is the price of the keyboard. They were super friendly and did everything they could to help. They went above and beyond their requirements when there were complications and their service was so good that it was worth a tip.
