Hi, my name is Lance Triplet, and I am the owner of Faithful Pool Service. I just want to give you a brief history of who I am and how I came about where I am today. I was born in Port Arthur, TX and lived there until about the age of 5. I then moved to Arkansas and lived there until I graduated high school.
I was raised on a farm there and learned how to build fences and barns, tear down and rebuild tractors, and care for cattle. I also learned how to pray, read my bible, and hear God. My mom and dad taught me a great work ethic. Whatever I set my mind to do, I could do. 2. Anything a man put together you could tear it apart and put back together.

Had high hopes for good customer service after switching from a different pool company to Faithful Pools for a monthly maintenance contract. First two months they were attentive to my needs and work orders. After a positive experience the first two months, they became unresponsive to service requests and accountability dropped to zero, unfortunately.

We are renting a home with a pool. The sand filter is 20 years old and has never been clean or had new sand added. This has naturally been causing all vacuumed debris to recirculate back into the pool. After sending a maintenance request to Perdido Sand Realty, another 1 star, a pool tenant showed up from Faithful Pools and told us the problem was obviously the lack of maintenance on the sand filter. He said he would advise Perdido Sand of the issue and give them a price. Several days later the same guy showed up and replaced some seals but said he wasn't going to add sand. The problem wasn't fixed

We unexpectedly had to have our pool liner replaced. Faithful pools were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The owner was able to work with us at a time that was very stressful. The workers were punctual, careful, efficient, and very nice.

NOT Faithful. Found them to be very unfaithful / unreliable! They do not show up on time, and do not (consistently) perform the cleaning services (e.g., vacuum, brush tiles or pool liner, etc.). They just use chemicals and expect the pool to be "self-cleaning". This business should not take money, if they cannot fulfill the services! Additionally, this business appears to lack skills to handle business / customer concerns. They do not take responsibility. Beware. Seeking to find a more honest and reliable pool team.

Faithful Pool Service has been servicing our pool and equipment for several years and we couldn't be more pleased. Lance and his staff are prompt and very knowledgeable. Ernest is our service tech and we are so impressed with him. He comes on time, does an excellent job and we no longer have to worry about our pool upkeep. My husband and I have recommended them to all our family and friends. A great company who still cares about their clients.
