Pete was very helpful in assisting me with finding new carpet for our finished basement. The quote and measuring were done promptly and even though the carpet had to be ordered, the project was installed within 2 weeks. The installer was excellent too - a big area completed in less than two full days. Bart's is the only carpet provider we will use.

This is a true family business that gives incredible service and looks out for their customers. The owners answer the phone and gave us responsive service throughout our flooring project. We had a custom job that included a tricky raised subfloor and they took the time to measure properly and give several potential solutions. Even after I indicated I was looking for a more expensive wood floor, Pete offered me less expensive alternatives. The job turned out on time and budget and we could not be more satisfied.

Took a chance on Bart's on my way home from work....Had been renovating kitchen....looking for flooring with other businesses only to be continually put off by a. severe lack of customer service...(example....I had selected the flooring I wanted, provided measurements from my contractor and asked for a quote. Despite phone calls, messages and email...I was still without a quote 3 weeks later!). With Bart's, I stopped in, described what I was looking for, was quickly directed to the exact floor I was interested in and within 15 minutes had a quote, placed an order and provided a deposit

They have a very nice showroom in which you can look at samples and colors and the like. Then rbign home a few sample books.
Peter, one of the salespeople, if terrific. He does not try to make every penny on your deal.
They use the same group of subcontractors to install.
I have had them replace carpets in our old house - living room, stairs, four bedrooms. They also put the carpet in our office of 2,000 sqaure feet. Both jobs were done on time, correct and at a reasonable
