Butler Paper Recycling Inc is headquartered Suffolk, VA were it was founded in 1915. Suffolk is the largest of our three plants accepting baled or loose tonnage, palletized skids and documents for shredding. Our other locations include Franklin and Norfolk. Our three locations offer added convenience to local Haulers & Mobile Shredding operations.
