Dr. Zhang is a wonderful doctor. She takes time to listen to you and the concerns you have. She has always been professional and kind during my appointments. I've never had a doctor who truly listened to me and saw me as a person and not as numbers on a chart. I've been seeing Dr Zhang for about 9 months now and have been very satisfied with the level of care that I receive. The office is always cleanly and we'll put together. Dr. Zhang is a great doctor and I enjoy having her as my Primary Care Doctor. HOWEVER her receptionist is super rude, always has an attitude and is just all around unpleasant. She constantly acts as if she wishes she were anywhere else. When you walk in you can feel the attitude rolling off of her in waves before you even speak. God forbid you actually need something from her. I'm not the only one who has had an issue like this. If you look at the other reveiws you will see that Dr. Zhang is great but the receptionist makes it so hard for people to want to come back or continue coming back. There

The Dr Zhang is great so I wanted to come back but the receptionist at the front was rude and angry. She decided she didn't want to do her job to verify insurance and benefits and passed it off onto me and kicked me out by asked me "do you want to cancel it"? with her scary eyes today. Totally unprofessional! I feel sorry for Dr Zhang that she is still having her at the front of the office.

Dr. Zhang and her staff are great. Dr. Zhang has been my primary care physician for over 4 years and she cares about me as a person not just a patient. She doesn’t push drugs on her patients, she truly tries to help her patients make healthy lifestyle changes to eliminate the meds. Do yourself a favor and give Dr. Zhang a call.

The receptionist that was there prior to this new receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant. This receptionist also had a family member that worked in the back (medical assistant). This family member was drawing blood with a 16 gauge needle from the vain in my arm. I did not realize it at that moment. I realized that I made her cousin mad (woman at the front desk) because I called to get a copy of my records. I called to request my records and she told me to come at that moment because it wouldn’t take that long. She still made me wait and even ordered food before giving me my records. She

I had to go to Dr.Zhang because of insurance, I was a little reluctant at first, but boy was I wrong, love her, love her staff. She listens and makes sure you are involved in your care, not just telling you what to do. I have had to call her on several occasions with heath issues and she sees me the same day. I have been to different docs that were in large practices and you have to wait a long time to be seen. The longest I have had to wait was 10minutes. I cannot recommend her enough. If you want a caring, responsive and responsible physician I suggest you get an appointment.

I can't comment on her service because I have yet to receive any from her but I can certainly comment on her office. A couple of months back I booked an appointment with her and shortly after found a scheduling conflict and had to cancel. I cancelled the same day I booked and the appointment was a few days out. I called today to reschedule an appointment and her staff told me the doctor refuses to see new patients after they've cancelled appointments. I said, I wasn't a no-show and I cancelled well enough in advance and said then I was going to reschedule when I had better availability. Again they
