Joseph Represented me in my custody battle. This man helped me out through so much. I can't Thank him enough. I'm not gonna go into to much detail but he got me full custody of my 2 little girls. He kept me Up-to-date and informed throughout the entire situation And even giving me advice about my options and (what we could do next) if anyone is going through a similar situation. Our infant granddaughter was the victim of a horrific crime committed by her mother, our daughter. After our other 2 gdaughters were removed from their parent's custody, we sought visitation. Opposing counsel informed him from the start they wanted us gone. The close relationship he has with opposing counsel took priority over representing us. (he mentioned it many, many times) I was accused, by them of seeing injuries on my gdaughter and ignoring them. The fact of the matter is I was banned from seeing her because I had called the police to check on her. He did nothing to stop them

I found Joe haphazardly. Little did I know my secretary knows his family well. He gave me facts! He gave me the nitty gritty of what my situation would entail. He did not overcharge me, when he could have, but he told me to be patient, wait, and let him do his job. Needless to say, all's well that ends well. This attorney has integrity, doesn't play games and gets the job done. I have recommended several people to him. I trust him, felt safe, and would use him again in a heartbeat. I had recently transitioned through the divorce process, which was finalized last week. My now ex-husband and I split the cost to hire Joseph Gulliama as the attorney of choice. I’d recommend Joe to anyone battling a custody case with a very difficult “Co-parent”. He is very professional and always gets the job done.
