Tera and her group are amazing!! We are 'self employed' business owners who were turned down by the traditional banks when looking to purchase our first home on Maui. It was not an easy task, but Tera and Hawaii Financial Services made it happen!! In an amazingly quick time, especially considering all the holidays. We are truly grateful for Tera and her team. No pandemic stopped them from getting our refinance. They worked very hard to complete the process quickly. I want to sincerely thank Tera and her team for helping us buy our first home! She was really knowledgeable about the whole process and worked hard to help us get the best deal possible. Tera Paleka!!! I can not say enough about her and how she runs her company. I was under a little stress to get my re-finance done in a timely manner. Tera and her assistant, Mei really came through and we were able to close in less than 2.5 weeks. Tera and her crew at Hawaii Financial Services are absolutely OUTSTANDING. They helped me get a home on this beautiful island I was born and raised on. We had less than perfect circumstances and with her expertise she was able to smooth out the kinks and get the loan that I needed.
