Dropped of 4 screens was told 3-4 days wait time. After a week i called in to check in on things was told the screens could only be done by one of the managers. 3 days later no update i call in to check they tell me they need some special parts! Horrible customer service Horrible communication. If you cant do it just tell me..

I have been trying to get a pantry door replace since the first of September. This company installs for Home Depot. It took three weeks to schedule an appointment to measure. On the day of the appointment they did not show. I had to call and they “fit” me in that day. That was three weeks ago. I have not heard from them since. Each time I call they blame Home Depot and Home Depot blames them. I have not gotten any estimates from either company nor when they could install the door. This has been one big s show.

I recently had a sliding glass door replaced by Kraft Screens. My contractor was an exceptional worker and survived a brutal 100 degree full day in direct sunlight without a word of complaint. He did stellar work, went beyond what was asked of him and even complied with CDC safety guidelines for my safety. (He wore a full mask with filters all day in horrible heat, never removing it once for a breath of fresh air!) I was 100% pleased with his effort and craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company if all of their employees are as conscientious as the one who did my job. Great scheduling, implementation

We needed 4 window screens re-screened. I called our local Ace Hardware store and they suggested Kraft in Wilsonville. I dropped off the screens (outside their door, per instructions) at 3:00 pm on a Friday. I expected to wait the standard 3-5 business days for them to complete the job. Within 30 minutes (!) I got a call saying the screens with new mesh and clips were ready for pickup! They look great and appreciate the speedy service. We will be using them again for a new patio door and other repairs.

I had a great experience with Kraft. I purchased a retractable screen door recently. You schedule an appt to customize your door and come back a week later to install. Both times the installer was on time and very nice! Everyone from the customer service person to installer were professional and polite. Would highly recommend them!

Great Experience - top to bottom! By the time Travis, our installer, left the house I was feeling like we were homies! Super professional, skilled and friendly interactions with him and other members of the team, specifically Bianca. She, much like Travis, was super friendly and fun to interact with during the exciting process of getting our beautiful new front door installed! The install was fast - but so well done. Even when Travis thoughtfully added additional oak for a gorgeous interior transition and trim installed with a high end looking reveal. We couldn't be happier! Wishing we had another

I got to give credit to this company, the Jed weld doors and window company screwed up my French door twice , finally Jacob told me Codel was the right company for French doors so he installed my French door perfect.. I give the credit to this guy not to their customer service sucks .cara specially is a very rude person ..

Danny came and installed the screens on time and did a great job. He was friendly and efficient. I give him 5 stars.
I deducted one star overall because I was supposed to be called when he was on his way and I wasn't. This happened when the windows were measured as well. I work close to home so it was important to me to know when to expect the worker so I could be there to meet him/her. If you're going to tell people when they ask that you can call when the installer is on the way, you should call before he/she arrives.

Seriously the worst policy I have ever seen! Ordered a slider patio door from Home Depot after Kraft came out to look and measure, which I paid 35.00 for him to come and measure, to find once all was ordered and ready for installation that we had dry rot. Called the contractor to repair the dry rot and then received a call from Home Depot saying I had to pay 379.00 for the guys time to come out and not be able to install the door! I could see paying a portion of that for his time but not almost half of the original installation. Asked for a refund, minus the wasted time and money! I have never

Run away as fast as you can from this company. We had a french door ordered through Home Depot and they contracted Kraft to do the installation. Just like several other people reviewing this shady outfit I took the day off of work to be sure to be home the day the install was scheduled. They no-showed and later told us that Home depot had misplaced our door. One would think that they would have been able to figure this out a day or two beforehand and call us to reschedule, but this is apparently not how this company operates.

Rude customer service! Going through Home Depot to have an installation was less expensive even though home Depot used Kraft Screens to install my door! Funny thing is they had a repeat customer in me, but dealing with their customer service was bad enough for me to just use them via Home Depot. Either way I'm getting my door at the price I want in the end - thanks Home Depot of Oregon City!!!
