This is a very very very unprofessional company. I suggest anyone to not go or make an appointment there. They are huge liars I been trying to get my countertops done for 3 months now. They never show up especially be aware of Kenya Martinez she is a very bad representative. She really useless. Home Depot referred me to them should have never went. First and last I would ever have to deal with them.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company .
I was very excited about putting a quartz countertop in my primary bathroom two sinks with vanity in between. I questioned the men upon insulation regarding installing it too far out . Regarding , when the doors would open on the sides it would hit... I called the company and the lady said it was my problem and my fault. She was defensive raised her voice and sort of in an attack mode. They took the measurements previous to insulation so I don't know how this was my fault.
Unfortunately ,I let it go.. not to mention the men couldn't speak English

We purchased our UBA TUBA (color) granite countertop from Home Depot in November of 2020. We had some delays with our kitchen so we had to push back our install date. When we were ready for the install eastern surface said they will not be able to come out until late May. We said that will not work for us because he have no water until the granite is installed. The lady pushed up the date for us 4/20/21 which was much better than late May. The only complaint I have is they don’t call back to your left messages, you have to call and get someone on the phone. The two men that came for the install

Eastern Surfaces did an excellent job measuring and installing our countertops. They were very accommodating when our project was delayed. When we were finally ready, they quickly came to both measure and install. We both work, but they were great about working around our schedules and being on time for our scheduled appointments. All of their employees were always polite and professional. We did all of the preparation work ourselves, and they were very clear and helpful about what needed to be done.

When my husband and I were looking for a granite counter top for a laundry room makeover we were referred to Eastern Surfaces. Lee, the designer we worked with was fantastic. She was very patient, made excellent suggestions, and had an exceptional eye for color. Because of our experience with her we ended up buying granite for four bathroom vanities as well as for the laundry room. The installers were also terrific. Recently we went back to find a piece of quartz for a shower seat. We highly recommend Eastern Surfaces and Lee!

I had a horrible experience with the installation of my quartz countertops and could write several pages detailing the situation. To sum up my 2 week ordeal with Eastern Surfaces: 1. They had to come to my house 4 times for the installation and subsequent repair of my countertops. 2. They were always late (up to 2 1/2 hours) for their appointments. 3. There were 2 issues with the installation. One piece was damaged and other piece was too large. They decided to cut the oversized piece in my kitchen which spewed quartz dust all over my kitchen and living room. I spent HOURS repairing my plumbing
