Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one. Chris Riggs is the man. Thank you Chris for all the hard work you've done.

Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I hired Chris Riggs at Priority One to do some bathroom remodeling work on my sisters' home in July of 2017. I needed to have the old bathtub removed and a walk-in shower installed. The plumbing was (as far as I know) the original circa 1964 plumbing that came with a John F. Long tract home. In retrospect, Chris may have under-bid the job not knowing some of the issues he'd encounter. However, I thought his pricing was reasonable and the work was completed timely and for the amount he'd originally quoted.

Chris is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has years of prior experience building and maintaining homes, and it shows in his work. I had both a plumbing and electrical issue. He was able to resolve both in a reasonable time frame, and even took the time to educate me about what was wrong and how I could fix an issue I had by myself in the future. I have used Priority One Home Repair a few times for some maintenance and repairs in a couple of rentals I own. My calls/e-mails are always returned in a timely manner and they show up when they say they will. Prices are also reasonable and I have never had any issues with the work. My insurance approved $2200.00 in repairs in my house I contacted Priority One Home Repair in Glendale and he asked me to email the list of repairs, I did, then he showed up (chris) he examined all the minor repairs and agreed to fix them for the amount approved.
He was insisting that in addition to that he will fix the roof on the cover patio, I said i could not because is no part of the list, so he wanted an additional $1275.00 on top of the $2200 i declined his offer and he accepted to do the repairs from the 17 to the 19th of August 2015.
He said he will send me a contract by email next day
