Sunrise Cafe & Bakery is a wonderful spot to stop-in for a coffee, donut and breakfast. They are extremely busy I'm the main season and even maintain a good crowd in the off season as well. The donut selection varies daily and if you want a particular type, such as their coveted apple fritter, you need to arrive early. Their lunch menu is diverse and oftentimes they have special dishes that change over time. You can't go wrong with an Amavida coffee and anything from their extensive dessert selection.

We loved ALL the food! They were fast and helpful. It was a little confusing on the order process, but we'll worth it.
I had the grits bowl with sausage and it was perfect. The grits were perfectly creamy, and the sausage had good flavor and it was a great portion. We will certainly be back when we visit again

This place came highly recommended for their Russian menu and it did not disappoint! I was very impressed with Sergei who makes delicious food and is so pleasant to talk to. We had everything from Shuba to Borscht and the food was made fresh and authentic. We stayed in Panama City for almost a week and went back to the cafe several times. In addition to savory dishes they also have some traditional Russian cakes such as honey cake and Napoleon and a wide variety of non Russian pastries and good breakfast and lunch menu and drinks.

Highly recommended. I needed a cake for our office party as well as a few side treats. The cake and treats were a huge hit in the office. It is really nice to know that they are very detailed and take pride in what they make. A true bakery and café. I would also recommend having breakfast and lunch there. Great menu and wonderful people. Glad to support a small business in area.

DELICIOUS DESSERTS! We love this place! Today we got 3 different desserts to try: honey cake, cannoli and chocolate potato (aka "Kartoshka"). All of these items are fresh and delicious. Kartoshka has rich chocolate coat. It is not too sweet; just as I like it. But my favourite is cannoli this is something unbelievably good. This chocolate and creamy combination is simpmelting in the mouth.

Sold out of donuts. No selection. Have to get there early to get the donuts. Once sold out do not make no more. Kids had sausage biscuit, bacon and egg biscuit. Didn't finished it so the food was bland. Bland at best. Alot of traffic to get here. Looked good online only to be disappointed with no selection of baked goods.

My wife and I went for a late breakfast and got the traditional breakfast and a breakfast sandwich. Both were excellent hot tasty and quickly served. After we finished those we tried a few items off the European menu. Look for those online or a on a small board near the cash register, the are not listed on the main menu. We got some Pierogis, Borscht and Golubcy. All delicious, who would have thought this was available in Panama City Beach.

I loved this cafe and I ended up going to it the last day of my vacation in Panama City Beach. I got there at the perfect time, because soon after it filled up and got super packed. However, I was able to enjoy some cold brew with a coffee cake sitting outside before it was too hot. They don't have much seating inside or outside with a few tables here and there but they do have lots of nice people who work there and lots and lots of different pastries. I also saw they have a whole separate European menu, but I didn't have time to wait, because I think they either have to make the food

The spot is very clean, however the donuts are not very fresh nor will they heat them up for you, the croissant is good though. The servers don't seem very happy you are there and are comparable to the TSA workers at the airport. In all seriousness if you are looking for a quick bite then come here, If you are looking for a good sit-down meal go somewhere else.

Awesome, awesome place. Customer service was outstanding, food and coffee were fantastic and the environment was warm and inviting.
For breakfast my party had the Croissant Sandwich (ham, egg and cheese) and the fried chicken biscuit and they were both phenomenal. We all shared a banana nut muffin and it was very good, not dry at all and had fantastic flavor. Each person in my party got different coffees and everyone enjoyed theirs.
We even got some cake to go to each tonight because they looked so yummy!
Only thing that isn't great is that there is not a lot of parking. We had to park

A favorite to locals and tourists as well...and we weren't going to miss our chance to try this popular place where all of the staff are very friendly and on the ball getting out great food! Sunrise is not just a bakery, but also serves European food items for brunch. We had the chance to visit twice while in Panama City Beach, Florida. -Oh yes, THAT good! We usually don't do repeats unless it's worth going. Since the parking is very limited-on the back of the bakery, either you wait until someone leaves or you would have to park a block away. We ordered club sandwich and asked to replace the ham with chicken. They did it with big smile. The sandwich was very tasty and delicious!! It melts in mouth.
We also ordered hash brown bowl. It is shredded hash brown potatoes with turkey sausage, egg and cheese. Very good but need more seasoning to improve the taste and the flavor.
We ordered fish tacos as well. It cames along with coleslaw salad. It was good, spicy a little bit and hard to hold. But it worth the try.
