I live in Ontario Canada, and needed someone local to Taylors that could help me liquidate my fathers estate after his passing. I hired Kelvin Quinn (Wham Auction & Realty) to look after the liquidation of my fathers household assets and then sell his home for me.
Kelvin Quinn's team was very professional & efficient, and they catered to my requests. The team inventoried the assets, and coordinated an online Estate Auction in 1.5wks from start (if you saw how much stuff Dad had accumulated in 30years there, you'd know how amazing of an accomplishment this timing was!);
Kelvin provided great advice

Horrible.... ran an auction with start time and ending time clearly listed. I was leading 6-8 auctions, and hours before the posted ending time, they extended the auction another 4 DAYS!!! Why even list an end time, if you can just go and change it? They extended the auction 4 DAYS, not 4 hours...

Have purchased many times from this auction house.
I'm alarmed and disappointed that they have taken to not honoring end times. (Critically important in an auction.) An auction in process being extended? Completely unprofessional! What's next...not honoring bids?
Shame on you Wham Auctions!

WHAM recently assisted with the disposition of my late mother’s home and estate. Living half a country away made the experience seem overwhelming, but the folks at WHAM were extremely supportive and helpful. A stressful situation was made much less so. I highly recommend their services.

My husband and I experience at (WHAM)Wade Hamptons Auto Mart by far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted promptly and very professionally. We knew what we was looking for because we found the car online. Smiley took us to the car, to let us check it out and to test drive it. From looking around the lot, we can see this dealer cares about the quality of the cars on the lot.The cars that were on the lot in the back were receiving all necessary repairs to meet all WHAM standards. After deciding to purchase the car Tom handle the paperwork and found the best deal for

I purchase a lot of items thru WHAM/Proxibid. I am not able to get to their pick ups which are always from 11-2 during the week. I have always instructed them that my items are to be given to a pick up service. There is a new person (I think Melissa) that I have to call every time I win something and have to go through a whole ordeal to get my item. It is a big pain. All I get is the runaround.

I don't know what has happened over at WHAM but my experience over the last two auctions were GREAT! Mel is amazing and I'm telling all my friends to buy here and nowhere else. I've had questions answered and voice-mails returned, no other auction company around Greenville does that. A+++

We made the mistake of hiring this thieving company to liquidate contents of my husband's old house. Long story short, they gave us less than half what we were supposed to receive from the sale. I reported them to the broker holding their license and then they gave us the rest of our money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I have always had positive experiences with Wham, but recently was really disappointed when I bought a beautiful rug at an estate auction. Pictures online were a little misleading as to coloring, but the real problem was that the entire rug was completely ruined by odorous pet stains. There was actual crusted material on the surface!! I think perhaps a heads up by the company could have prevented a costly mistake on my part. Attempts to clean the rug merely ruined the color, and the odors remained. The experience has literally been a lesson in trust. Apparently Wham was not concerned about the

I recently purchased an item from wham 's online auction. It was described as a Tag Heuer watch. After paying for and picking up the watch it was evident that it was not a Tag Heuer watch but a knock off not a genuine Tag watch. I returned to the pick up area and was told to call the office. I called and left a message and was assured someone would return my call, no one has called as of yet. Nothing was said that it was a reproduction in the description. If a company that prides themselves on being experts and giving appraisals for items of this type cannot tell real from fake should post

I purchased an item through Proxibid that Wham Auctions, Appraisals, & Real Estate has posted. Once I received the item, I noticed there was a very large piece (3 inch piece) missing from a shelf that was a 3 part set (2 shelves and 1 mirror).

When I contacted the company to inform them that the item was not as described in the listing (only mentioning minor nicks) they informed me, " If you look at our pictures, you can clearly see the missing piece. We strive to describe each lot as accurately as possible. In the event we have missed something, the pictures act as a backup."
