IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I was involved in a car accident that almost took my life June of this year and I’m thankful to God that I made it! Fast forward to today where I had my first ever doctor’s visit with Dr. Steven Sapsowitz. I came in 30 minutes before my actual appointment(1pm) and waited for someone to check me in, almost 50 minutes later I’m finally checked in and 10 minutes after that, I’m wheeled into Dr. Sapsowitz office. They are the worst. We have been trying to contact the referral department for last 5 days. The call always goes to the answering machine and no one calls back. This is totally unprofessional. If you don't believe me, just try calling their number first (for other services except appointment) and see if you can find anyone to talk.

Probably one of the worst primary care physician visits I’ve ever encountered. My examination was interrupted 3 separate times when the doctor stepped out to take phone calls. I found this curious, considering it took FOREVER for me to have a follow-up conversation with him regarding my blood test results. Once I did hear from him, he wanted to charge me a telemedicine conference fee just to tell me that my results. Interesting Dr office. I see the potential for this doctor's office to be great, however it's very inconsistent achieving this. Sometimes you wait quite a long time. Sometimes you don't wait at all. Most of the time I go in there and get a recommendation for an injection of some sort. There seems to be heavy reliance on prescriptions and injections. Makes me wonder if they are getting kickbacks from the pharmaceutical sales reps. First off, the wait time here is horrible. I was told to fast all day and when I came for my appointment It took over an hour to be seen. The staff was not friendly at all and the ladies at the front desk seemed unbothered by the few people that decided to leave because they had been waiting too long. Keep in mind it’s past noon and I haven’t eaten anything all day. I would not recommend anyone to come here.
