So I heard this place is horrid, customer service, the worst.. but I decided to see for myself. I went today with a check that I needed to cash, and arrived just after 5pm (the listed hours 6pm). The door is locked and no one is inside. There were others outside looking to get in as well. The way I see it, if you already have a terrible reputation for customer service because your counter help is inconsiderate and disinterested in providing actual service, the least you can do is stay open until the store is supposed to close. It's not like you are working anyway.

Smh. Unbelievably rude customer service. I walked in to make a western union transaction and they have a very high counter covered by glass. 3xs I said hello to the lady sitting there whose top of the head I could see. Finally she managed to barely look up. No greeting at all. She seemed bothered that I interrupted whatever she was doing.
I asked for western union. And she mumbled something. I asked again and with annoyance she said there was no western union. But on the front door there's a sticker and they have the slips.
