Dr. Hashmi and his techs Carlos and Alelhi were amazing! I was nervous to do the procedure, but they calmed me down, and even worked with me drawing blood (which I despise). They hand drew my new hairline, hand pulled and placed my grafts. Anytime I felt pain they would work to eliminate it. They answered any questions I had by call or text in short amounts of time. If cost is something you fear, they have fair prices compared to larger and out state hair restoration places. Set up a free consultation in person or zoom, and he will honest with you!

Dr. Hashmi is kind, has great bed side manner, communicates well, provides realistic expectations, and does amazing work. I had some spider veins that looked like bruises on my legs and he effectively treated them. No more vein clusters that look like bruises! I won’t feel so self conscious in shorts now. Would definitely recommend him!

I got my FUE procedure from Dr Hashmi and team. The service was really professional and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I was given step by step update and information while the procedure was happening. Dr Hashmi and team gave me a detailed information on post op procedure dos and donts. Best center to get an hair transplant in Little Rock, AR and I highly recommend it.

I visited Nirvana Day Spa bc I purchased a Groupon they were offering for Dysport. Before I purchased my Groupon, I had been researching, asking friends their suggestions , and visiting others spas , centers and plastic surgeons in Little Rock that not only do injections but offered other skin , face and body treatments . I finally found the best place in Little Rock !!! I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about Nirvana ! I absolutely love this place , especially Ann Pockrus ! She is the best ! She spent so much time with me , listening to my concerns about my skin and going over

I have only taken advantage of one service at Nirvana, and that is nail services. Their nail tech, Susan Graham, is the best! I have been a client of hers for 15 + years, and the spa is lucky to have her on board.
While I have not yet had a massage there, the massage therapist, Kelly, is awesome, too. I have been to her at another salon.
I highly recommend both of these services!

I purchased 40 units of xeomin, a Botox alternative, via Groupon and I scheduled my appointment on January 5th. At my appointment, there was a miscommunication between the doctor and I about how much was going to be used. Since I had purchased 40 units, I assumed he said "Let's start with 15." But turns out he said 50. He had a slight accent, so I'll take that as my fault for not confirming. But it just seemed obvious that he would have said 15, since I had only purchased 40 units. This misunderstanding cost me an extra $100 upon completion. Something I was not expecting. Anyway
