In order to offer our teachers and staff regular opportunities for professional development, the Escambia County School District has scheduled three early release dates for students during the 2021-2022 school year. On all early release dates, schools will serve lunch and regular transportation will be provided.

Please contact our office with any questions or concerns. Through Capturing Kids' Hearts, teachers and staff implement processes to increase students' connectedness with both peers and adults on campus. The teachers, staff, and administrators create a school culture where students are excited to attend and learn every day.
Services
I am Mrs. Deborah Ray, proudly serving as the principal of Pine Forest High School. I believe strongly in providing equal opportunities for all students in a variety of academic settings. I have worked exceptionally hard during my tenure as an instructional leader to build a positive rapport with school community stakeholders, instructional and support staff, district personnel, and administrators from all levels.
The mission of the Deans' Office & Behavior Support Specialists is to support the discipline code at Pine Forest High School and ensure that our campus is safe. It is also our desire to help foster a learning community that motivates students to achieve their highest potential. The school's discipline code promotes mutual respect among faculty and students and protects the rights of all individuals to pursue their education.
Honors, Advanced Placement (AP) & Dual Enrollment courses receive an additional.025 per letter grade for each semester. The Pine Forest High School Guidance office is dedicated to helping students with their personal, academic, and career goals. We look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
My name is Mrs. Carmen W. Powe and I am the Mental Health Counselor here at Pine Forest School! I have been an Escambia County School District employee since 1995. I have attached some useful resources that you can use to help you navigate through your high school life. We realize that these are very peculiar times and we need everyone working together to get through this.
MFLCs help military families through cycles of deployment and reintegration by providing non-medical, short-term counseling. Through a partnership between Escambia School District, Pine Forest and the office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Military Community & Family policy, a counselor has been assigned to Pine Forest High School.

Grading system is screwed up to take students out of class and test while students are still expected to complete work even though they are pulled put of classes.

I called concerning a test and the secretary is rude. I spoke to her and asked her to transfer me to guidance and instead of trying to help or anything she just asked me why, in a rude manner. Then, I spoke to a guy in guidance for answers and he helped more than her but was rude also. Pine Forest administration needs to do better! I could have been a parent. But, either way there’s a way to speak with people especially at WORK! And what they did wasnt it.
