Forum Capital Partners LLC ("FCP") is a Westchester County, New York based entrepreneurial real estate investment and operating company that was founded in 2006. FCP focuses on debt and equity investments in multifamily, retail and industrial properties located throughout the eastern seaboard of the United States.
FCP targets transactions in the $2 million to $25 million range and acts as the operating partner for each asset it acquires. We invest our own capital in every deal and raise outside equity investments from high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional partners.

Forum is the operating partner for a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments with a current value in excess of $100,000,000. The portfolio currently under management includes real estate debt and equity investments in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.
Paul is the founder and managing member of FCP, which he founded in 2006. Since 1988 Paul has been involved with in excess of $5 billion of real estate transactions of virtually every type. Since 2006, Paul has been an owner-operator for real estate investments owned with institutional and high-net-worth partners.
