Services
Paradise Beach Weddings services the East Coast of Central Florida, Volusia County. Primary beaches are New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Flagler Beach, Palm Coast, Ormond by the Sea, Wilbur by the Sea and Ponce Inlet. We are one hour from Orlando, two hours from Jacksonville and six and one-half hours from Atlanta.
The Heart in Sand with Officiant base packaged is bundled with Starter Photography of 30 minutes, plus a Sand Ceremony and Ceremony Music Mini for only $675 plus tax! Regular price is $855, so this is a discount of 21%. This special package is currently available for ceremonies held on any day of the week in December, January and February.

All planning for your wedding ceremony itself is included base package price! Pricing for each base package is displayed. Then scroll to bottom and plan all the decor and options to make your dream wedding a reality!
A permit is required for beach weddings with more than 50 attendees (including our staff), on Volusia County Florida Beaches. We will file the permit for you, and we do not charge anything for this service. Volusia County charges $100, and we just pass that through. The permit is to be filed a minimum of 45 days prior to your beach wedding event.

When my wife and I got engaged in March of 2021, we immediately knew we wanted to have a wedding in Florida (our happy place). We wanted to do it within reasonable distance to Orlando because of Disney and Universal. A quick google search had Paradise beach weddings at the top. We ultimately decided on New Smyrna beach due to being a an hour from Orlando, and the fact it appeared to be a quieter beach with little to no party scene. We got in touch with Steve and he assisted us with everything. The pricing is beyond reasonable, and the ceremony was better than I could have ever dreamed it being

AMAZING! PROFESSIONAL!! INCREDIBLE! I had never been to New Smyrna Beach, never seen the venues, didn't have a clue what vendors to use......Steve guided me right through all of it. We started out with 20 people and a cocktail hour and ended up with 50 people and a full blown reception. Steve made the vision of what I wanted my wedding and reception to be not only become a reality but exceeded my expectations!!! Communication was excellent all throughout the process. Every detail was thought out and I was never nervous about if was going to turn out. Thank you to Steve and his entire crew for everything

Paradise Beach Weddings and Event Rentals hosted my son's rehearsal dinner this past weekend and they did an excellent job. Steve was extremely easy to work with and helped bring my vision to life. The event was at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in New Smyrna Beach. After he and his crew were done, the basic conference room was transformed into a beautiful dinner venue. I would highly recommend them.

I can not thank Steve, his wife, and their lovely crew enough for how hard they worked to make our sunrise wedding beautiful and perfect! Steve helped us review the day we chose for perfect beach and weather conditions. We knew we could only hope for the best but his knowledge of sunrise beach weddings and the season were perfect.
