I'm a wedding photographer who helps my couples celebrate here and now AND gives them tangible anchors to help them build their marriage and tell their stories. I grew up easy in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. I spent my summers around campfires, s'mores, and fireflies. I have the sweetest and funniest parents you could ever wish for and an extended family that helped shape me into the person I am and hope to be.

Where to begin? Claire was absolutely amazing in every aspect, from the very beginning. I could tell that she was so friendly and sociable from our first phone call. Fast forward to our engagement pictures, where Claire BLEW US AWAY. She took every shot I could’ve imagined and more. Amazing! I have so many wonderful things to say about Claire. She photographed my wedding 9/12/2020 and our engagement photos earlier in the year! She was so helpful and generous and genuinely kind that I feel like I’ve known her for years. Claire was so great to work with! Even with a global pandemic (COVID-19) going on and lots of last minute wedding changes, she was always very responsive and available to give advice. Day of the wedding, she was professional and easy going. She was able to go with the flow as the day progressed. We are so excited to see the photos! Highly recommend Claire if you want a professional who will also make you feel very comfortable in front of the camera.

Wow. Claire is just a dream to work with. We were a little worried because our 4 year old daughter would be in the pictures and she's a little spitfire. It's very difficult to hold her attention. Claire had our daughter laughing and being silly instantly and that translated into FANTASTIC pictures. The quality of the photos we received was unbelievable. We will certainly be using Claire again! If I had a time machine I'd have her do our wedding photos.

Claire was absolutely amazing! We cannot put into words how well she she captured our wedding day. She was very easy to work with and communicated with us frequently over our planning period. We had several calls and she helped plan out our wedding day schedule to best suit our picture needs. The day of she helped organize our families and photo sessions. She took so many wonderful pictures but my husband and I never felt as if she was intrusive in our special moments. She managed to capture beautifully intimate pictures of us without us even noticing. She has several sample galleries on her website

We are so, so happy we went with Claire Watson Photography for our wedding! We couldn't have had a better experience with Claire. Where can I begin? Claire is the sweetest most geniune person I have ever met. From the very start, Claire took the time to get to know my fiancé and I as a couple. Since we are Indian, she also made a tremendous effort to understand our culture and significance behind the rituals that we do.

Claire was professional from start to finish providing us with information about all the options she offered and making sure we were happy at every stage. We loved working with Claire Watson! She is amazingly talented in what she does, but beyond that, we really needed and appreciated the way she was able to handle our cranky toddler. He did not want to stay still for photos and I thought the shoot was just not going to yield any great photos for that reason, yet somehow, when we saw the images Claire captured - they were amazing, she caught him in his smiling moments, and she captured our family perfectly! Also, she made the adults (my husband and I) feel comfortable in front of the camera and not silly, and the results were great - I am beyond
