I chose a different auto glass specialist because I’ve had bad experiences with Safelite Auto Glass in the past. American Family Insurance automatically was going to call Safelite but I wanted someone else to fix my windshield. I chose Cortright Auto Glass because they have good reviews and were available within 24-48 hrs., they fixed my windshield when Safelite didn’t install it properly, Cortright did the job in 15 minutes which was just to seal the glass from spreading. They were friendly and professional and they appreciated the business. That’s a rare quality nowadays from businesses
