Do not recommend. I was quoted an insane price to fix the headliner on my car and while inspecting it the guy rips a seal down that I mentioned was starting to get loose, saying he doesn't even know what it was, and ripped the whole thing down. Very unprofessional, I wish I would have never come here for a quote.
Edited to add a reply to the owners reply: I definitely don't have the wrong place, it was the yellow beetle bought by in the spring. The one that was quoted over $2000 on that you must remember because after you pulled down the seal we said some thing to you about it. I don't always

Steve and his staff are very friendly & customer oriented. They recovered a motorcycle seat for me, and I could not be happier with the attention to detail. The only concern that Steve had was the foam that he wanted to use was on back order. He substituted a different foam so I would be able to ride my motorcycle, and will replace the foam with a higher quality product once it is off of back order. Would highly recommend Steve and the team at Rocky Mountain Upholstery.

We had 2 sofa pillows that had gotten too soft over the years. Rocky Mountain Upholstery was able to take my measurements and create new, firmer padding. Very satisfied with the results. I have used them 3 times now over the years. Very professional and attentive, even during the COVID epidemic. I would highly recommend.

The only con I have is that I wish they would have steered me to a better material for the upholstery job. I picked a faux leather that after about a year started to peel and looks terrible I don’t want to get rid of my couch or Chase because they are still in good shape looks like I will have to get them re-upholstered again. Will I go back to Rocky Mountain upholstery? ABSOLUTELY!

There isn't anybody that works in this place that can deal with a simple customer request and the owner is lazy. I tried bringing in a vinyl knee cycle seat, equivalent of the size of a small motorcycle seat. This should have been easy and straightforward. After stopping off in the morning, the kid working there told me to come back in the afternoon when the owner was there. So I stopped back at 2:30 and the whole 30 minutes I was there the owner was on the phone. The lady working there told me it was his adveriser. Well, here is some advertising for him. DON'T GO HERE!! Rocky Mountain Upholstery restored my Recarro seats in my 1978 BMW 320i and repaired the interior weatherstripping and headliner.
The quality of service and repair was fantastic and now my car’s interior looks like it just rolled off the floor of a 1970’s BMW dealership. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Upholstery!

Cost Prohibitive Estimate:
Called asking for an estimate for my 96 van I bought for $1,800 to recover the worn out and torn in places factory upholstery.
The gentlemen on the phone was very polite and said I needed to just stop by so they can look at it before any estimate.
Took my van and I was the only customer there.
The gentlemen at the counter was professional and came out and looked at the van and then discussed a general idea of the fabric and showed some nice durable polyester fabric swaths.
I told him that I've taken seat covers apart and wished there were sellers that made the seat

So I originally was referred to them by someone who had done a project for me in the past. The project is a bit outlandish and requires some additional attention. They asked me what I originally paid so I told them the price. Instead of declining to do the job or saying that it wasn't up their alley they decided to increase it 200% more than what I originally paid. We brought patio chairs from Denver down to this company to be re-strung. RMU called us after they job was completed 3.5 weeks later, on a Tuesday. As we live in Denver, work full time and were on vacation when we called, getting a u-haul and taking a 1/2 day off to get back down to the Springs took us a minute! 10 days later the owner called again and said we better pick up our chairs because he was charging us storage fees of $35/day. The website has a weird thing in which someone is REQUIRED to also upload a photo, or the site won't complete the form submission. Brought in my Audi because the glue beneath the door upholstery was plasticizing. They found cracked substrates beneath the upholstery, showed me the damage and then repaired it after going over the range of options and estimates.
The doors look as good as new and are reconstructed better than new. I'd definitely go to them again.
