Unfortunately, my experience was awful. The one star is for a kind customer service rep. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to a time that did not work. There is no way to speak with an actual human but over text was told I could have my original time back. Window for service passes and no one shows and I am told my order was not confirmed. A whole day wasted that domino affects many other things and if I had simply been given accurate information that service would not occur, I could have found another provider. I am also then told I requested a refund and so any chance of service tomorrow

Getting rid of a mattress has never been easier. Booking was so easy. I was able to choose a date and time frame online. The price was guaranteed. The communication was impeccable! I was notified when my delivery was en route, given contact information for the driver, and updated along the way for each step. The driver arrived within the time frame and took my mattress. No heavy lifting on my part required. Very efficient! Highly recommend if you need to get rid of any large items but don't want to do it yourself.

I just learned that as of January 1st 2021 all retailers that deliver a new mattress to a consumer must offer to pickup a used mattress at no additional cost to the consumer. We bought a mattress through Avocado Green and this is the company they partner with to pickup your used mattress in LA. It was a BREEZE to schedule a pickup through Avocado Green. They arrived within the time frame I was told and even called me in the morning and narrowed that time frame down to one hour. And it was all at no cost to me other than a tip for the men who picked up. Feeling very appreciative of this new legislation

I was scheduled to have a treadmill removed from my home. I received an email from Loadup with the driver name and phone number. With an hour left in the pickup window, I called the driver. The driver answered and then hung up on me after a few seconds. I called back a few times and he never picked up again. After the pickup window passed, I contacted Loadup customer service via SMS and requested a refund because the service was never performed and I needed it done this day. Asked for a quote for removal of one heavy piece of furniture. I was given a quote but was then told to send a picture of the item before a final price could be given. One hour later and before a picture was sent, I was sent a quote which increased by over one huge dollars. I then told them I could not pay over 300.000 for the services please cancel. I was told I had to pay a 20% processing fee for essentially a quote. I’m not sure what kind of business is being done here but it definitely felt shady. Oh by the way another company picked up the item at more than half the price.

COMPANY IS LOW CLASS SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE. HIRE LOCAL, MORE HONEST PEOPLE INSTEAD. Scheduled online for removal of 2 satellite dishes from our home that had to be removed from the house which was clearly stated in the notes. We had to put CC info in order to schedule and we were in a time crunch after selling our home. They took our money. Then called and said that they don't remove satellite dishes, they just pick them up which the person on the phone made a point to read out the paragraph of hidden fine print even though they deceptively advertise that they "remove" small satellite dishes. I could not recommend a company more! I placed the service order a week ahead of time, they sent a reminder the night before, they estimated a window of when they would arrive and arrived 1 hour into the time frame. When they arrived, they called at 8:51am, and had the couch out of my place by 8:59am. Not even 10 minutes! I was shocked at how efficient they were. They were friendly and very professional. The company is also extremely reasonable! I highly recommend!! Thank you Demetra Jackson. I apologize I don't remember the gentleman's name. Ya'll were wonderful! Thank you!!!

I would recommend this company if you have outdoor junk that needs to be hauled. However, inside furniture that needs removal should not be trusted by Load Up to be removed without further damage to your home. The drivers are individually contracted and Load Up takes no responsibility for any damage that is done inside your home. It has take me 5 weeks and constant emailing and phone calls to have the company reimburse me for damage done to my walls at the expense of the drivers who moved my couch in such a haphazard and inefficient way that I'm surprised no one got injured or further damage wasn

After rescheduling our pickup multiple times, the company finally sent someone to pick up our king size mattress.
It was one guy. With a mini van and a trailer.
I had to help him move the mattress.
Company is hard to get a hold of, doesn’t care about keeping their appointments and sends inefficient staffing for the load. Go elsewhere.

I have used Load Up 2 previous times with no issue, however my third time has not been the same experience. So far they have cancelled my order without explanation and I had to reschedule, and now on the rescheduled date, the driver has not shown up and it is literally impossible to reach an actual person for customer service. They only give you the option to text (and no one responds), leave a voice mail and hope someone will call back, or email and hope they see it. It is an expensive service they are providing, so one would expect the process to be more fluid and reliable.

This company is an absolute scam and I would like to warn others DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. As "stated in their terms and conditions"- they can give a 4 hour window, change to the time of pickup last minute, not show up at scheduled time, cancel, not follow through on their end, and still charge you for %50 of the quote.
I checked BBB and sure I enough there are many complaints of the same thing. Won't be long until a lawsuit is pending for this company. BEWARE!!!!!

This is my first experience with LoadUp. Charles and Devin were professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. They called ahead several times to let me know their estimated time of arrival. I needed a sofa and loveseat removed to make room for my new furniture and after unsuccessfully finding an organization to donate it to or someone interested in selling it, I ended up using LoadUp.
