We recently bought a house and Wayne's was who the previous owners used for termites; we wanted to do other pest control options as well so we decided to keep it all together for ease; they were supposed to be here at 10:00 a.m. today; it is 10:40 a.m. now and nothing not even a phone call. This is the second no call no show and the 4th maybe even 5th time they were supposed to be here in a few week span and have not come for one reason or another. Super unreliable. You guys are lucky my dad called and not me because he's a lot kinder than I am.

Recently switched companies from Waynes and since they have been by my house 4 times bothering me. They then tried to say my current termite pest control company was not legit and claimed they treated my house wrong. Turns out after researching the young kid from waynes has only been there for just over a year. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone!!!

These people are scammers. They'll bill you for services they say they performed without ever asking you if you wanted them to do it in the first place. I've never heard of this company before, but they said they bought a termite contract from the builder of my house and then came out WITHOUT asking me and performed services (how would I know, nothing was ever left at my house). They then billed me for whatever they said they did. I ended up having to call and complain about it and then I was told about some random $1 million coverage guarantee and they didn't want it to lapse so
