A huge thank you to Jeff and Melanie! Our transmission blew in Escalante. I called Melanie and right away I knew we had help. She connected me with Jeff and he dropped everything and drove from Cedar to Escalante and towed us home to Provo! Jeff is the nicest guy! He made sure our truck was secure, we were comfortable for the five hour drive, he dropped the truck off at the transmission place and then took us home to make sure we were safe! All of this from 5 pm Friday night, his birthday, until we got home at 1 am! Highly recommend! Thanks again for everything!

Best prices around Cedar City and amazingly skilled and experienced staff. The gentleman I worked with was extremely smart and was able to get my car off of a steep hill (which was absolutely buried in snow at the summit of Cedar Canyon) without doing any additional damage to the vehicle. They are a respectable, perfection based company with an exceptional team. The quality of service was unmatched and I would come to them again if I needed.

Wayne offered excellent service. He was out to help me get my car out in less than 15 minutes after I called. Then after my car turned out to be more difficult than I described he drove to his place and all the way back to get his special tow truck “the primantis” to do the job. He got my car out without a scratch. Most other tow companies would have just dragged my car out damaging my car. Then he only charged me for a third of the time that it took to get my car out. Our car broke down on a Sunday afternoon on the I-15. Our insurance company called Mountain Towing & Recovery, and we couldn't have been placed in better hands - this family owned and operated business is great! After speaking with his wonderful and extremely professional wife, Wayne came cooking down the Interstate, to our rescue. I have to say that Wayne was great in every way! He helped us when all the other companies were hours away. Our load was big and we had a trailer. He said he would put on his boots and be right out.
