I called the office and spoke with Lydia. She was very friendly and helpful and let me know that Shelly is the person to contact. We were contacting them because we were interested in them doing our personal and corporate taxes. Lydia said that Shelly was out of the office at that time but we exchanged email addresses and I could contact her directly. I emailed Shelly and I never received a reply. I called a few days later and spoke with Lydia again to ask regarding the email and told me again that Shelly was out of the office again. I asked to leave a message and I am still waiting on someone
